Ticket Information

Tickets for all Gainesville Community Playhouse shows at the Vam York Theater are $16.

College and High School students with a valid student ID may purchase "rush" tickets for $10 beginning 30 minutes before show time if seats are available.

Tickets to our preview performance are $5 general admission and are only sold at the door on the night of the preview, which is the Thursday prior to Opening Night.

The GCP Box Office will open 10 days prior to each show’s opening night and continue through the run of each production. Hours are Wednesday through Friday noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Patrons also may call (352) 376-4949 for reservations and information. Outside of box office hours, please leave a message and a volunteer will return your call to help you with your ticket purchase.

The box office will reopen for day-of-show sales one hour before show time, at 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 1 p.m. for Sunday matinees.

The theater opens for seating one-half hour before show time (7:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m.)
