The small planet - Earth - is visited by a alien visitor, Mr. Kreton, whose unwholesome hobby is the study of humans doing what they do best: fight wars. Mr. Kreton plans to arrive on Earth during the Civil War but he's about one hundred years too late. So, he decides to start World War III.
