GCP's production of

Pigs

November 4, 1932

Written by Anne Morrison and Patterson McNutt

Directed by Mrs. C. B. Pollard

This comedy in three acts centers its interest around a bright young American youth who is determined that he can make money, real money, if his father will lend him $250 to buy sick pigs, cure them and sell them for enormous profit. Mildred Cushing, his sweetheart, helps him raise the necessary funds by means of an original scheme. How this all works out provides meat for a play that has been one of the distinct hits of Broadway and which was produced in Gotham at John Golden's "Little Theatre."---Gainesville Daily Sun, September 28, 1932, October 2, 1932, and October 4, 1932
