It's 1953 and TV popularity is soaring. This leaves little audience for the struggling theatrical troupe run by has-been, B-movie stars. Trapped in repertory Siberia (Buffalo, NY) the troupe's stars are overjoyed to learn that director Frank Capra will soon visit. The resulting race to make the most of this last chance for stardom is great farcical fun.
