A romantic comedy in three acts. A summer in New York with the two writers that have made the pen name of "Janus" famous for best-sellers. The male half of the team is a quiet New England history teacher, married and with a keen sense of what is right and proper. The female side o the couple is the thoroughly respectable wife of the head of a very prosperous shipping firm of the Pacific coast. These two met in a class of short story writing (both flunked) and got to talking over their ideas on historical stories. The two write many best sellers and make a lot of money. They set up two apartments connected by a dumbwaiter, where they work two months each year for seven years. All is fine until the husband comes into the picture. ----Vere Richards, Gainesville Daily Sun
